Dr. Tan Holds Ob./Gyn. Outpatient Clinic at FMC-Hampton
Dr.
Thoo Tan holds an obstetrical and gynecological outpatient clinic at the
Franklin Medical Center in Hampton each Wednesday morning. In addition
to performing obstetrical and gynecological exams, Dr. Tan also schedules
low risk surgeries in Hampton on Wednesday afternoons, including hysterectomies
done as "same day surgery."
Dr. Tan, who is an associate of Mercy Gynecologic and Birthing Specialists in Mason City, is well-known and respected in the Hampton area. Before joining the Mercy group, his practice was in Iowa Falls; at that time he also held specialty hours in Hampton and served many area patients.
Dr. Tan is pleased to be able to see those patients again in Hampton. "I wanted to come back because of the people. Many of my patients have been driving to Mason City from not only Hampton, but also Iowa Falls and Eldora; this way I can go partway at least to meet those who have been traveling the greatest distance."
On his very first day here, Dr. Tan was pleased at the number of appointments
scheduled for him.
