Franklin General Hospital

Visit The Lobby Shoppe with new merchandise constantly arriving.

When you are looking for just the right gift at a reasonable price, don’t forget to stop and take a look around the Lobby Shoppe, down the hall from the hospital registration. On hand, you’ll find a wide range of merchandise, including lovely stuffed animals, jewelry, and candles, handmade items such as double hand towels, or embroidered dish towels, books, seasonal items and much more.

Volunteers who work in the shop say they sell many greeting cards, not only to employees and visitors to the hospital, but also to other citizens who drive out specifically for them because they are attractive, very reasonably priced, and also help a good cause.

The Gift Shop is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is staffed by volunteer members of the Auxiliary.

Proceeds from the Lobby Shoppe make up a good share of the funds that the Auxiliary has donated in recent years for projects like new furniture in the dining room, waiting rooms, Hospice room, as well as television sets, copy machines for the office, nursing facility water fixture and landscaping.

Certainly, FGH is appreciative of the work the Auxiliary members do in the Lobby Shoppe – and all the ways they help.

Auxiliary members receive a 10% discount on an item $10 or more at the Lobby Shoppe.
