You should remember that your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company, and you have financial responsibility for payment of your hospital bill.

If you would like to speak to someone in person regarding your account with Franklin General Hospital, you may visit with staff in our Business Office. The Business Office is located on the east side of the hospital's main entrance hallway. You can access it through the Administration Lobby. You may also ask registration staff and they will have someone from the Business Office come out to assist you. The Business Office is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
