Franklin General Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Services offers a broad range of services for people on their way to recovery. From the Phase II program to the Step Ahead program, cardiac rehabilitation services provides individualized treatment plans to rebuild or develop the skills needed in home, social, and work environments. Individuals are generally referred to rehabilitation services by their cardiologist, so please remember to ask for FGH Rehabilitati on Services.
