Franklin General Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Services offers a broad range of services for people on their way to recovery. From Phase II program to step ahead program, rehabilitation services provides individualize treatment plans to rebuild or develop the skills needed in home, social, and work environments. Individuals are generally referred to rehabilitation services by their physician, so please remember to ask for FGH Rehabilitation Services.
