Hampton… As of November 1, LeAnn Strother has assumed responsibilities as the Franklin General Hospital (FGH) marketing and foundation director. In that role, she will be responsible for public relations and fund development for the hospital.
FGH CEO Kim Price notes that Strother is no stranger to the community or to the hospital.
“We are glad to welcome LeAnn back to the position she previously held from 2000 to 2007,” says Price. “During that time, she helped build many connections between the hospital and the community, and we look forward to her reconnecting with area residents and donors.”
Strother and her husband, Dennis, are Hampton area residents. She has most recently been employed as communications manager for the Iowa Soybean Association.
“I am excited to have this opportunity to again be part of Franklin General Hospital, particularly now, with the recent completion of the renovation project,” Strother says. “We are fortunate to have such capable and committed healthcare professionals available in our community, and they now have the advantage of working in an attractive, most up-to-date setting, which creates a more comfortable and convenient atmosphere for patients. I am honored to help tell that story.”
